No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our tea products because of food safety and food regulation requirements.

Once tea products leave our facility, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This policy is in place to protect product quality, freshness, and customer safety.

  • Tea products are regulated as food items.
  • We cannot verify handling conditions once a product has been delivered.
  • For that reason, all tea sales are treated as final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
