Loose Leaf Tea Returns
We do not accept returns of our loose leaf tea unless the product is unopened and in its original packaging .
For quality, freshness, and safety reasons, any opened loose leaf tea product is considered non-returnable.
Eligibility
A return may be considered only when all of the following are true:
- The loose leaf tea package is unopened.
- The product is in its original condition and original packaging.
- The return request is made promptly after delivery.
- You can provide your order details so we can verify the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Any opened loose leaf tea product.
- Any product not in its original packaging.
- Any item returned in a condition different from how it was received.
